Additionally, it is important you mention how you can help drive results to your team. You need to be as specific as possible. You have to mention how your interests in the industry are, your prior experience and your interests to the company you will be joining. You need to bring in information about the company culture into your answer. Express enthusiasm for the company and its offerings.

If asked why you are leaving your current job, state that fact that you are getting an opportunity to outline positive benefits you hope to gain by transitioning into a new role.
