Our Return Policy .....

Returns:

Key West Pets accepts returns for 30 days from the date you place your order. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason please ship the item(s) back with the original tags and packaging along with your order number to the following address: Key West Pets 5803 Nob Hill Blvd, Port Orange, FL 32127 Your credit card will be issued a credit after we verify your returned item(s) are in sellable condition. Please allow 7-10 days for your credit to appear on your account. No refunds will be issued for items that are returned without original tags or have massive amounts of pet hair attached to the item. Key West Pets does not reimburse shipping fees on product returns.

Exchanges:

Due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes Key West Pets does not offer product exchanges. Instead, please send your items back following the directions under “Returns” above, then place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement. We’ll get your new order out right away. Key West Pets does not reimburse shipping fees on product exchanges.

Misship or Incorrect Shipment:

If you don’t receive the exact items you ordered please contact us, and we'll fix it immediately.

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to Key West Pets.

Shipping is current by US First Class Mail and is charged at $3.00 for the first item, $5.00 for 2 items and $7.00 for more than two items. If you would like your order to be sent via Priority Mail please call us on 386 856 2706.
